Filling the Well Creative Workshop

This weekend I attended a day long art journaling creative workshop for women led by Lisa Sonora Beam, author of the Creative Entrepeneur.  We made our own visual journals and filled them with paper ephemera, magazine pictures, stamp art, paint and glitter (mostly just me).  This is the beginning of a creative art journaling practice to heal my mind, body, and spirit and let my subconscious speak to me through images.  I highly recommend this workshop, called Filling the Well.
